	This site is in need of an administration, perhaps a committee of people with various skill sets. Immediate needs are as follows:

	webmaster with experience and knowledge operating a domain in a shared hosting environment
	webmaster with experience and knowledge of the use of the cPanel environment
	webmaster with knowledge of the WordPress content management platform/environment
	webmaster with knowledge of html authoring environment
	web page designer with knowledge of the WordPress content management platform/environment
	web administrator with webmail account management experience and knowledge
	content authors with knowledge of the WordPress content management environment


	Additionally taking the following action(s) is needed:

	the following steps will help to achieve proper domain host management:

	1	acquire a webhosting account
		currently californiafreestate.org is pointed to the namecheap.com hosting entity so if you acquire a hosting account there, once built, the site will function as long as the owner leaves things as they are.

	2.	discuss having the domain either pointed to your webhost with the owner of the domain... perhaps the owner would consider transferring the domain name to your administrators
